DENVER, Colo. (247marketnews.com) — Roze AI (NASDAQ:RZAI) has officially moved from private-company development into the public markets, completing its direct listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market this week. The British Columbia-based company, which operates through its Korean subsidiary, is developing AI-powered fire-safety and disaster-prevention technology that combines sensors, data analytics, wireless connectivity and digital-twin technology. Its flagship Fire 4Cast system is designed to assess fire risk before an event occurs, potentially shifting fire safety from a primarily reactive model toward earlier risk identification and preventive action.
At the center of the story is Roze AI’s Disaster AI Platform (DAP). According to the company, sensors installed in buildings collect environmental and facility data, which DAP analyzes to generate a Fire Risk Index. Fire 4Cast then uses that information to provide early fire-risk intelligence intended to support preventive responses. Roze AI says its technology has been installed and operated at major government facilities, military bases, government-designated production facilities and power plants in Korea, with long-term testing contributing to evaluations of its stability and disaster-prevention functionality.
CEO Young Jin Cho described the Nasdaq milestone as an opportunity to accelerate that technology-development and commercialization effort. “Our team has spent years developing technology that uses sensor data and AI to assess risks before a fire occurs,” Cho said in the company’s Nasdaq announcement. He added that following the listing, Roze AI plans to continue strengthening its technology and evaluating opportunities to introduce it into international markets.
