DENVER, Colo. (247marketnews.com) — Robo.ai (NASDAQ:AIIO) is setting an ambitious revenue marker for 2026, reporting preliminary unaudited September revenue above $100 million and projecting approximately $600 million in full-year revenue as the company accelerates its transformation into an AI, advanced-manufacturing and intelligent-infrastructure group.
Robo.ai said the bulk of September revenue came from Quantum Core Capital (QC Capital), which it acquired on June 15 and says has continued stable operations and service delivery since the transaction.
That acquisition is increasingly central to the investment story. Robo.ai says QC Capital’s operating businesses generate revenue from enterprise delivery and operational-management services, providing an existing revenue engine while the company develops newer AI initiatives.
Through Neurovia AI, the company is pursuing AI data-processing and compression technology aimed at public safety, transportation, energy and municipal applications. QC Capital is also exploring AI-generated video and content production, although Robo.ai acknowledges that initiative remains at an early stage.
Meanwhile, the company’s industrial ambitions are moving from presentation to physical infrastructure.
On September 25, ALIF Holding broke ground on Phase I of an industrial park in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. The first phase is planned to refurbish approximately 8,845 square meters of factory space for manufacturing, equipment integration and software systems integration. The proposed Alif Maritec project is expected to be the first occupant, with planned applications spanning marine oil-spill response, border security and AI-enabled monitoring of critical infrastructure.
CEO Benjamin Zhai framed the strategy around execution rather than simply growth projections: “Our strategic transformation is progressing steadily.” He also said the company believes its cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments will fund current operations and capital expenditures for “at least the next 18 to 24 months” under its current plan.
