DENVER, Colo. (247marketnews.com) — Iovance Biotherapeutics (NASDAQ:IOVA) is raising the bar for its 2026 commercial performance, lifting full-year revenue guidance to $410 million to $420 million, up $55 million at the midpoint from its previous range of $350 million to $370 million. The revised outlook implies nearly 60% year-over-year revenue growth and signals that demand for Amtagvi (lifileucel) and Proleukin is translating into a stronger commercial trajectory for the company’s TIL-based cancer treatment platform.

The catalyst is sustained U.S. demand for Amtagvi, the first FDA-approved one-time TIL therapy for previously treated advanced melanoma. Iovance generated $99.3 million in total product revenue in the second quarter of 2026, while expanding its authorized treatment center network to approximately 100 locations. The company remains on track to reach at least 110 authorized treatment centers by year-end, potentially broadening patient access and the infrastructure available to deliver the highly specialized cell therapy.

“Our record second quarter and sustained demand for Amtagvi and Proleukin led us to raise our full year 2026 total revenue guidance by $55 million at the midpoint,” said Frederick Vogt, Ph.D., J.D., Interim President and Chief Executive Officer. Vogt added that increasing patient demand and the company’s manufacturing schedule provide “strong visibility” into third- and fourth-quarter revenue, while manufacturing and operating efficiencies are accelerating Iovance’s progress toward profitability.

The bigger story extends beyond melanoma. Iovance is advancing lifileucel through registrational programs targeting additional solid tumors while developing next-generation TIL technologies, including gene-edited and IL-12-tethered TIL therapies and next-generation IL-2 approaches. With centralized U.S. manufacturing designed to support thousands of patients annually and a growing treatment-center network, Iovance is attempting to turn TIL therapy from a specialized clinical concept into a scalable commercial platform. The next major financial checkpoint comes in early November, when the company expects to report third-quarter 2026 results.
