DENVER, Colo. (247marketnews.com) — DataMeds AI (NASDAQ:MEDS) is entering October with a fresh revenue milestone that puts the company’s rapidly expanding healthcare platform squarely in focus. Corexa Pharmacy, a division of wholly owned Corexa Health, generated preliminary, unaudited September 2026 revenue of more than $1 million, representing an increase of more than 66% from July 2026, according to the company. The update comes only months after DataMeds changed its corporate name from Wellgistics Health and its Nasdaq ticker from WGRX to MEDS, while repositioning the business around pharmacy infrastructure, health technology, artificial intelligence and pharmaceutical-adjacent services.
The revenue acceleration is being accompanied by an expanding product and customer ecosystem. DataMeds said Corexa’s growth reflects both an expanding retail customer base and the rollout of products from Tollo Health, including proprietary dietary supplements and medical foods. Interim Co-CEO Gerald Commissiong said, “we are very pleased to already see such substantial growth so quickly,” adding that the company is seeing growth in both prescriptions filled and adjunct product sales. Corexa is also being positioned as a fulfillment option within the Health Lives Here mobile application, which connects consumers with telehealth, pharmacy and nutritional-support services, including access to FDA-approved GLP-1 medications where clinically appropriate.
The broader platform has been expanding rapidly. In September, DataMeds completed its acquisition of Helomics Corporation, adding a CLIA/CAP-certified clinical laboratory, precision-oncology capabilities, Predictive Oncology CRO central-lab services and $1.5 million in cash. The transaction had an announced total purchase value of $1.5 million and was completed through common shares and an acquisition note. DataMeds said the acquisition is intended to expand its healthcare ecosystem beyond GLP-1-related services and Long COVID into cancer diagnosis and treatment. Commissiong described the transaction as one that “thrusts DataMEDS into the field of oncology.”
That expansion gives the MEDS story several moving parts heading into the fourth quarter. The company is simultaneously scaling Corexa Pharmacy, integrating the Health Lives Here digital platform, distributing Tollo Health products and incorporating Helomics’ oncology laboratory and CRO capabilities. DataMeds previously reported that its second-quarter revenue reached $1.779 million, up 14% year over year, while also disclosing $6.5 million of new funding in June and a KareRx joint venture providing electronic benefits verification and access to approximately 200,000 patient lives.
