DENVER, Colo. (247marketnews.com) — Cycurion (NASDAQ:CYCU) has cleared a critical Nasdaq listing hurdle, giving the cybersecurity and AI-focused company another important development as it enters October. Nasdaq confirmed that Cycurion satisfied the condition set by its September 9 Hearings Panel decision by regaining compliance with the exchange’s $1.00 minimum bid-price requirement.

The compliance milestone follows Cycurion’s 1-for-8 reverse stock split on August 28, 2026. According to Nasdaq’s compliance worksheet referenced in the October 1 letter, CYCU subsequently closed above $1 for 10 consecutive trading sessions.

The Nasdaq development arrives after a turbulent summer for the company. Nasdaq had issued a delisting determination in July after CYCU’s closing bid price remained below $1 for 31 consecutive business days, prompting Cycurion to appeal to the Hearings Panel. The Panel subsequently granted continued listing subject to the company satisfying the bid-price condition.

There is still an important condition attached to the latest victory. Cycurion will remain subject to a Discretionary Panel Monitor through October 1, 2027. Under Nasdaq’s rules, if the company fails to maintain compliance with another continued-listing requirement during that period, Nasdaq staff can issue a delisting determination without giving the company another compliance period through staff. Cycurion says it understands the monitoring requirement and remains focused on maintaining its Nasdaq listing.

The listing news also follows other recent developments at Cycurion, including public-safety engagements following its acquisition of Digital Ally’s video-solutions business and continued development of cybersecurity products. The company recently disclosed projected 2026 revenue of approximately $843,028 from certain public-safety engagements, while emphasizing that actual revenue depends on continued authorization, performance and applicable contract terms.
