Kraig Biocraft Laboratories (OTCQB:KBLB) recently shipped its first commercial order of recombinant spider silk yarn to a globally recognized performance sports brand, for a confidential pilot development program.

Potential developments to watch include additional orders and any future disclosure of the customer or products using the material, as well as scientific updates from Project Atlas. In September, Kraig reported completing the foundational Atlas Gene Library, supporting its work on future spider silk fibers with targeted performance characteristics.

GPUS Reaffirms Its 2027 Revenue and Earnings Outlook

Hyperscale Data (NYSEAMERICAN:GPUS) drew heavy trading activity Friday after reaffirming preliminary consolidated 2027 guidance of $300 million to $350 million in revenue and $60 million to $80 million in adjusted EBITDA.

The company is developing AI data center infrastructure while also operating financial-services, digital-asset and diversified portfolio businesses. Its guidance covers those consolidated operations.

Management expects the first phase of AI compute capacity at its Michigan campus to be energized and begin generating revenue in December 2026. That milestone gives investors a near-term development to follow alongside the company’s broader 2027 outlook.

LUCD Begins Receiving Medicare Payments for EsoGuard

Lucid Diagnostics (NASDAQ:LUCD) announced that it’s receiving Medicare payments for its EsoGuard Esophageal DNA Test, a development that could support broader commercial adoption of its esophageal precancer testing technology.

The company said claims for tests performed at one of its two CLIA-certified laboratories are being paid at the established Medicare rate of $1,938.01 per test. Lucid also closed a $15 million private placement of Series C convertible preferred stock on October 21.

“Medicare is now paying for EsoGuard,” said Lishan Aklog, M.D., Lucid’s chairman and chief executive officer.

Aklog said reimbursement removes a key obstacle in discussions with large health systems. The financing is intended to support near-term commercial expansion, working capital and general corporate purposes.
